What I do love, is how simple it truly is to make. Seriously, you can make your own deodorant in less time then it would take you to pick it out off of the shelves at the store. By now your thinking, why haven’t I been doing this my whole life?!?! Well, maybe not, but I bet you will still be impressed with how easy this really is.
The best part is, that you know exactly what goes in it. I have been more pleased with the results of my homemade stuff, then anything I have ever purchased in a supermarket. Ever.
Feel fee to play around with other scents as well. In addition to that fresh and so clean feel, you are aiming for oils that are antifungal and/or antibacterial in nature. Below is a complete list of other oils you could try, with the same antifungal properties. Just in case Lemongrass and Thyme isn’t your thing.
Tea Tree, Thieves, Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Basil, Cypress, Peppermint, Purification, Oregano, Lemon Myrtle, Spearmint, Rosemary, Rosewood, Lemon, Mountain Savory, Melrose, Abundance, Geranium, Juniper, Lavender, Lemongrass, Mandarin, Palmarosa, Roman Chamomile & Sage.
Any one of these, or a combination of, would do the trick and smell just as great! Feel free to experiment! You can find all these and more here.

- Once fully melted, remove from heat and add both the baking soda and oils. Whisk, until fully blended. You will need to move quickly so that the mixture does not harden. Once blended, pour into your desired container. I use these (6 ct. Deodorant Twist-up Empty Containers(2 oz.)
